Brain Food Wednesdays: What 19 Books Taught Me About Learning, Selling, and Living Better

Dear Reader,

Welcome to another edition of Brain Food Wednesdays, your weekly intellectual feast. In this edition, issue 262, I talk about The 100 Day Project and what I’ve learned so far.

I’ve been reading and reflecting daily as part of my 100 Day Project—sharing insights from 100 books in 100 days. So far, 19 books in, I’ve noticed something fascinating. Beneath the different topics, styles, and voices, the core ideas echo one another.

💭 Learning is active.
🧠 Selling is serving.
🔥 Success is mindset-driven.

From The Psychology of Selling to Creativity: A Short and Cheerful Guide, from It Works to Boost, the message is simple. Progress comes from intentional thinking, consistent action, and emotional connection.

Some books remind us to start small (Boost), some challenge us to take bold leaps (You²), and others nudge us to slow down and trust the process (Mind Field, Creativity). Whether it’s wealth building (The Millionaire Map) or relationship-based selling (Sales Mastery Essentials Made Simple), every title offers a piece of the puzzle.

✨ Each book is brain food. Together, they form a blueprint for lifelong learning and intentional living.
