BFW: Turn Books into Results with ChatGPT- Issue 270

Dear Reader,

Pages → Progress: A 7-Move Playbook

Snack-size and practical. Keep notes of any length.

1) Outcome (1 line).
Dated and specific: “Increase warm-lead replies by 20% in 14 days.”

2) Preview strategically.
Introduction, foreword/preface, table of contents, index → mark the sections that actually serve the outcome. Write 3–5 questions.

3) Capture freely.
Long or short notes are fine; include page references if helpful.

4) Ask ChatGPT clearly.

Copy the bracketed fields, delete brackets, fill in, and send:

Context: [role + constraints like “$0 budget (no new spend on tools/books/courses/ads; free tools/library/public-domain/trials or existing subscriptions only); 90 mins/week; no admin rights; can’t email customers directly; solo team; deadline in 2 weeks”; success metric]
Purpose: [your outcome]
Questions: [3–5]
Notes (as-is): [paste all your notes]

Request: one-line insight; five ≤20-minute steps; two daily micro-habits + one weekly check + one stop-doing; top three risks + preemptions; a 14-day dated checklist; first-day actions (≤30 minutes).

5) Trim to reality.
Ask for a version that fits a 90-minute week, with templates for any outreach.

6) Calendarize now.
Convert the checklist to dated tasks (Mon–Fri) and do the first 15-minute action today.

7) Evidence loop.
End of week: actions taken, results vs. metric, one smallest experiment for next week.

Join the Applied Knowledge Power Workshop (Nov 19–21)
